REVIEW “Short of originality in fact it doesn’t have any ~ The Birdcatcher is certainly short of originality in fact it doesn’t have any at all It may be trying to advertise itself as “based on a true story” the screenplay is not based off any previous material the girl “hiding as a boy” plot is not at all groundbreaking especially when the antagonists of the film are the Nazis
